It was such a pleasure to visit the very special Irene Montalà at home for lunch recently and prepare for her one of my favorite recipes from The Detox Journey, White Bean and Quinoa Chilli.
This recipe is great for a busy working mum and partner like Irene. With just 15 minutes preparation she can throw all the ingredients into her very special yellow Le Creuset cookware and in less than 1 hour, with just an occasional check and stir, she will have a wholesome meal ready for the whole family.
It’s so delicious that they won’t even know that it’s on the detox!
