Beginning the day with warm water has been part of traditional wellness systems for thousands of years. In Ayurveda, it’s used to ignite digestion and flush overnight toxins. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, warm water is believed to awaken vital energy and support healthy circulation. Throughout the Mediterranean, lemon was later added for its cleansing, digestive, and antioxidant properties.

Modern integrative medicine now supports what these ancient practices intuitively understood: warm water rehydrates the body, gently stimulates digestion, supports detox pathways, and awakens the system without stress.
